Design

Dual projectors for these Ford Ranger headlights with the LED bar at the bottom and next to the grill as DRL and signal light. These headlights come with switchback white LED DRL and amber LED sequential turn signal. The outer projector is for low beam, while the inner projector is for high beam. These Ranger PRO-Series projector headlights are using H7 halogen bulbs for low beam and H7 halogen bulbs for high beam.

Projector Technology

AlphaRex composes these Ford Ranger PRO-series projector headlights with patented rectangular projector lens. The projection cut-off line is perfect for American LHD regulation.

Housing

The Ford Ranger PRO-series projector headlights come with Alpha-Black housing. The Alpha-Black housing is our special designed housing that has the glossy look mixed with the black paint with smoke DRL lens, and it will give your truck a all-black sporty and luxury look at the same time. 

Lens

The Ford Ranger NOVA-series projector headlights are made of polycarbonate plastic lens. A layer of anti-fog agent on the headlights lens; thus, it allows better light output in extreme weather. In addition, we also apply another coating to protect the lens against yellowing and oxidation.

SAE/DOT Compliance

The Ford Ranger NOVA-series projector headlights are compliant with SAE and DOT FMVSS108 regulations. Moreover, all our products are certified to ISO-9000, ISO-9001 and ISO-9002.
